What we collect when you book online, why, and who helps us run the booking system.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, mobile number, the visit you chose and its time, and whether you want text reminders. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see the amount and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
The booking form does not ask about your health. Please do not send health details through it. We go over your history in person at your visit.
How we use it
To hold and confirm your appointment, send your confirmation and reminders, take deposits and payments, process refunds, and reach you if something about your visit changes. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Text messages
We text appointment reminders only if you check the box when booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help.
Who helps us
These services process booking information for us and only for this purpose:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores booking records.
- Stripe processes card payments and refunds.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Twilio delivers text reminders, if you opt in.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for scheduling, accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.
